Her most well-known roles include her roles in the roles of Jen Scotts in Power Rangers Time Force Ted Mosby's sister Heather in How I Met Your Mother as well as Kendra Burke in Saving Grace. She was Felicity in the character who appeared on the ABC TV show Red Widow. She is also noted to be the first lead female character in the Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II as well as Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. Marcus Coloma, a former lover of hers, was also a close friend. She got married to Paul Freeman back in 2016. Lauren Cahill is her sister. Cahill hails from Stafford, Virginia. When she was 4, Cahill started acting in local productions at the high school that her mother directed. By age 8, she was singing and dancing in classes. Miss Pre-Teen Virginia 1991 was the second-place finisher behind Miss Junior America. In her senior year at Brooke Point High School, she served as president of several clubs as well as was a member of the Honor Thespians. Cahill was awarded the highest score among her classmates in the drama audition in the Governors School for the Arts when she was a sophomore. A 16-year-old Cahill also received the prize for Best Actor in The Actors Models Talent for Christ. She was also selected for The Barton and Williams Dance Company with the company, and was awarded both distinctions. When she graduated in 1998 with her high school diploma, she was awarded an academic scholarship that allowed her to attend Marymount Manhattan College. She was 19 when she decided to leave school and explore an acting career fully time in Los Angeles.
