Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is an American-Canadian artist and singer. She's released over 20 albums. DiFranco's songs are classified as folk or alternative rock. They also are influenced by hip-hop as well as jazz and punk. Ani Difranco has been deemed as a feminist icon and a Grammy award-winning. In the beginning, as one of the first female artists in the 1990s, DiFranco created her own label. DiFranco was born on 23rd September, 1970, in Buffalo New York.
