Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American writer and actress, most famous for her role as Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in 1960s. Her acting career began as a stage performer in the 1950s beginning by performing in Two's Company a musical by Bettle Davis. Then she appeared in several Broadway shows before becoming an international star alongside Li'l Abner in. She also released her first music album It's Time for Tina that same year. Louise made her debut as a performer in Hollywood as God's Little Acre, a film released in 1958. She played Griselda the main character of the movie. In this time she attended the Actors Studio of New York. Lee Strasberg was her instructor. Her next memorable role came with the year 1964, when she enrolled with CBS for the role of Ginger Grant in 1964. Louise Balfour managed to move between Broadway as well as Hollywood acting as a sombre character against her famous image as a glamorous doll. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 & Sanctuary however she also made a mark as an accomplished television director on several series including Supernatural as well as The 100.
