Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw, also known as Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American designer and author who has been awarded numerous prizes for her work. She advocates human rights for animals. Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus '69 and The Getaway '72 are some of her most well-known films. Her family was an artist family in New York and wanted to explore a career in the art. She began as a photo assistant before moving on to acting and modeling. The award she received was her Golden Globe Award, for the most promising young talent. MacGraw's movie Love Story proved a major success and earned her international recognition along with an Academy Award' nomination and an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe award. After only three movies, MacGraw was named the top female box-office start in the world. In 1972, the Grauman's Chinese Theater signed her name with handprints, foot prints and handprints in the year 1972.
